A standalone, WiFi-based device with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display and dedicated Support. The Business Terminal Subscription is everything you need for seamless countertop payments.

With the Business Terminal you can view your products and reports as well as accept tap, swipe, and chip in-person payments quickly and easily. You can also jump between team members and, of course, accept tips.

  • The Lopay Business Terminal is an all-in-one device for payments. Our sleek touchscreen device is packed with features including a free Point of Sale and offers an elegant solution for bricks-and-mortar businesses.

  • With the Business Terminal you can accept all major card types using contactless, chip and PIN, and magstripe – plus mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay, too.

    Simply enter the charge via the large Business Terminal touchscreen and let your customer to choose how to pay.

    Please note: Payment Links cannot be sent from the Business Terminal - you will need the Lopay app on a smartphone or tablet to create and send Payment Links.

  • The Business Terminal does not have mobile connectivity so it requires WiFi connection at all times.

  • The Business Terminal does not include a printer - however you can send an e-receipt from it via SMS or email. And customers who pay with ApplePay or GooglePay will automatically receive a digital receipt.

    Alternatively, a separate printer that connects via Bluetooth will be available for purchase soon.

  • The Business Terminal is a standalone device so when taking payments it needs to be connected to WiFi but not your smartphone.

    You will need the Lopay App on your smartphone/tablet to set up your Business Terminal, for Payment Links, and for some aspects of managing your Lopay account - e.g. editing your product grid, managing your team members, adding a bank account etc.

  • The Business Terminal is only available to order from within the Lopay app and after onboarding is complete.

  • The Business Terminal is designed for in-person payments only. Lopay does not support entering payments on behalf of a customer. To send a Payment Link to a customer to pay remotely, simply open the Lopay app on a smartphone or tablet (not on the Business Terminal).
