Eligibility

• Open to UK-based business customers aged 18+ who:
  
  
  
  1. Sign up for a Lopay account between 20 August 2025 (00:00 GMT) and 31 November 2025 (23:59 GMT);
     
     
  2. Activate and receive their free Lopay Visa card;
     
     
  3. Complete a minimum of 5 successful customer card payment transactions processed through Lopay during the promotion period;
     
     
  4. Are not blocked, suspended, or restricted from the Lopay platform at the time of entry or prize award.
     
     

Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.

How to Enter

Prizes

• Winners will be selected at random for the following prizes:
  
  
  • First Prize: £1,000 credited to the winner’s Lopay Visa card.
    
    
  • Second Prize: £500 credited to the winner’s Lopay Visa card.
    
    
  • Third Prize: £250 credited to the winner’s Lopay Visa card.
    
    
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• Prizes will be credited in GBP and available for use immediately once applied to the Lopay Visa card.
  
  

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen within 14 days of the promotion closing.
  
  
• Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their Lopay account.

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  
  

Promoter Rights

  • Disqualify entrants who are suspected of fraud, tampering, or breach of these Terms.
