Please note: You can’t use lopay if you sell products and services that are either prohibited by the credit card network or violate laws in the countries where lopay operates. For more information please see our Restricted Businesses page.

Simply ask your customer to scan the QR code on your smartphone or a lopay Paypoint – or send a payment link via text, email, or social media. No need for a wallet and no app download. Your customer just needs a smartphone.
For contactless and chip & PIN card payments, we offer a free card reader. So that’s sorted too.
We charge a flat transaction fee that includes card network costs – and you choose when you receive your money:
- 0.79%* per transaction for Weekly payouts (every Thursday)
- 0.99%* per transaction for Next Day payouts (T+ 1 business day)
- 1.79%* per transaction for Instant payouts (immediate, 7 days a week – including bank holidays)

Yes! Just 3 steps and you can be taking payments in minutes:
- Download the lopay app from the AppStore here or the Play Store here.
- Enter your company and contact details to register. (You can now take up to $250 of payments before Step 3 if you like.)
- Connect your bank account and verify your identity to receive your payments.
Once registered, you can order a card reader or paypoint via the app – they typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.
